We are committed to the local fellowships and their leadership. We seek
to be an extension of your ministry, especially in the outreach and evangelism area. We believe that your people will take courage to launch out in faith and shepherd their business, neighborhood, campus, interest group, etc. By faith we see a day coming when no matter where you go in Redding, you get a minister of God's grace blessing you and praying for you. When you can't even run an errand without stumbling across a prayer circle of people talking about Jesus or singing His praise! It is our hope that your church will see an increase in attendance due to many people being touched by God's grace all over our city.

Your input is important and your relationship with us is crucial! As you
know, unity is 'easier said than done.' If we model it to our congregations
by walking together initially, we are more likely to see them imitate our
